I HIGHLY recommend this contractor! Compared to several other local handymen, Mr. Perez and his crews showed up when expected, worked non-stop all day, and completed the work beautifully and cleanly. I had waited TWO YEARS for someone to tile my back porch, and when that didn’t work out and it was apparent that they weren’t going to return to complete the job, I contacted Manny and he was here within TWO WEEKS and finished the job for me. Since they were here, I also contracted with him to paint several interior rooms and garage, and I am beyond thrilled with the quality of their work. They were clean, neat, left no mess, and were meticulous with their painting skills. And I also appreciated that I received an actual written estimate outlining the specifics of the job. I texted Manuel with pictures of a broken fence handle, and weathered steps on our back porch deck. He responded that day, came by to look at the projects that very day. He also recommended power washing and restraining the deck. I was emailed a quote within a day or two, and the work was completed within days of the quote!

Manuel (Owner) came out to give us an estimate within 24 hours, very detailed on what we asked to be done. He set a time for his team to complete the job in 3 days. They notified us off their arrival time each day and worked all day on our project and met the promised deadline.

The finished job looked outstanding, detail was immaculate, Enrique and Jose were meticulous in their work and clean up at the end of each day. We could not be more pleased with the end result.
