Manuel and his team did a fantastic job on our two story deck remodel. Communication about the project was clear and any questions I had were answered quickly. The team showed up and worked hard until the project was completed. They took the time to pay attention to detail and corrected some mistakes left by a previous contractor. The deck looks better than I could’ve imagined and I feel confident that it was done well. The next time I need a project done I will be calling Manuel. I would highly recommend his team!

I HIGHLY recommend this contractor! Compared to several other local handymen, Mr. Perez and his crews showed up when expected, worked non-stop all day, and completed the work beautifully and cleanly. I had waited TWO YEARS for someone to tile my back porch, and when that didn’t work out and it was apparent that they weren’t going to return to complete the job, I contacted Manny and he was here within TWO WEEKS and finished the job for me. Since they were here, I also contracted with him to paint several interior rooms and garage, and I am beyond thrilled with the quality of their work. They were clean, neat, left no mess, and were meticulous with their painting skills. And I also appreciated that I received an actual written estimate outlining the specifics of the job.
